DOL Sues Gas Company In Minimum Wage Case

Law360, New York (July 12, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Labor has sued gas company Gas & Oil Inc., which filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy earlier this year, for allegedly failing to pay some of its employees overtime and minimum wage.
