Law360, New York (December 14, 2011, 8:04 PM ET) -- Sealant maker RPM Inc. asked the Sixth Circuit on Monday to reconsider its ruling that $125 million in asbestos-related insurance payments RPM sought were blocked by product hazard caps, saying the court's definition of an insured was far too expansive.
