Execs Copped To Payment In Gabon FCPA Case: FBI Agent

Law360, Washington (December 13, 2011, 6:56 PM ET) -- An FBI agent testifying against six military equipment industry executives accused of attempting to bribe Gabonese officials told a Washington federal jury Tuesday that two of the individuals had admitted to contributing to the payment in post-arrest interviews.

Prosecutors allege John Mushriqui, Jeana Mushriqui, R.
