Feds Arrest 1 Over Gene Simmons 'Anonymous' Hacking

Law360, New York (December 13, 2011, 10:29 PM ET) -- Federal authorities on Tuesday arrested a Connecticut man accused of conspiring with the hacking group Anonymous to attack the website of KISS member Gene Simmons.

Kevin George Poe, 24, of Manchester, Conn., was arrested and charged with conspiracy and unauthorized impairment of a protected computer. Poe was released on a $10,000 bond and ordered to appear in California federal court, where the indictment was filed under seal on Dec. 8.
