Law360, New York (December 14, 2011, 2:34 PM ET) -- An online clothing retailer accused of selling T-shirts in the style of the uniforms worn by the Power Rangers superhero characters was voluntarily dismissed Tuesday from a copyright infringement suit lodged by the franchise's owner.
SCG Power Rangers LLC dropped its suit against Underdog Endeavors Inc., doing business as Mypartyshirt.com, which had been accused of selling a line of costume T-shirts that unlawfully infringed on the copyright-protected uniforms worn by the fictional crime-fighters.
