NY Warehouse Development Fight May Move To Legislature

Law360, New York (December 14, 2011, 5:16 PM ET) -- New York City will have to take plans to convert a landmark warehouse into a for-profit performance venue to the state legislature, after a recent state court ruling blocked the move and blasted officials for removing the building from protected public lands.
