Investors Want Breazeale Put Back In Housing Project Suit

Law360, New York (December 14, 2011, 3:33 PM ET) -- Investors in a failed Louisiana housing development sought Tuesday to return Breazeale Sachse & Wilson LLP to their suit against investment bank Crews & Associates Inc. over the botched project, saying the firm was negligent in failing to reveal that the project sat adjacent to a World War II bombing range.

The plaintiffs — holders of $7.7 million worth of defaulted bonds — asked a federal judge in New Orleans to reconsider his decision to grant the law firm summary judgment on their claims.
