Easterly Snaps Up US-Leased Buildings For $51.5M

Law360, New York (December 14, 2011, 6:39 PM EST) -- Titan Development has sold two buildings under long-term lease to the U.S. Forest Service in New Mexico to real estate investor Easterly Partners for $51.5 million, a representative for Titan in the sale said Wednesday.

Easterly, which specializes in properties leased by government organizations, beat out multiple bidders for the buildings that were developed with specifications by the Forest Service, said Travis R. Trautvetter, a vice president of investments for Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services Inc.
