Billing Records Reveal Solyndra Faces Grand Jury Probe

Law360, New York (December 14, 2011, 5:57 PM ET) -- Bankrupt solar panel maker Solyndra LLC, which received a $535 million government stimulus loan before it failed, has received a grand jury subpoena, according to billing records submitted to a Delaware bankruptcy court on Friday by K&L Gates LLP.
