1st Circ. Keeps Lawyerless-Transaction Case Alive

Law360, New York (December 15, 2011, 5:57 PM EST) -- The First Circuit on Wednesday vacated in part and reversed in part a district court's judgment in favor of a real estate research and assistance firm in a case brought by the Real Estate Bar Association for Massachusetts Inc. over the company's ability to facilitate real estate transactions without a lawyer.
