Law360, New York (December 15, 2011, 12:14 PM ET) -- A Pennsylvania federal judge signed off Monday on a trio of settlements worth about $2 million between Cadbury PLC and three classes of plaintiffs in the multidistrict litigation accusing a number of major chocolate producers of conspiring to fix prices.
U.S. District Judge Christopher C. Conner granted final approval to Cadbury's settlement with direct purchasers and two groups of indirect purchasers who bought chocolate either for personal use or for resale.
