Superfund Full Cleanup Rule Gets NY High Court's Nod

Law360, New York (December 15, 2011, 5:12 PM EST) -- New York's top court ruled Thursday that the state Department of Environmental Conservation did not overstep its authority by requiring companies to restore contaminated sites on the state Superfund list to prepollution conditions where feasible.
