Law360, New York (December 15, 2011, 2:49 PM EST) -- The Eighth Circuit said in a published opinion released Thursday that companies are not required to have an immediate use for drivers' personal information obtained from states, affirming a Missouri court's dismissal of a related putative class action against the St. Louis Post-Dispatch and others.
