Law360, New York (December 15, 2011, 6:28 PM ET) -- Allied World National Assurance Co. busted its way Thursday into a coverage suit in California over underlying antitrust class actions concerning the use of college athletes' likenesses in video games, alleging it need not cover a licensing company for the litigation.
