Afghan Co. Must Live Up To Contractor Deal: Judge

Law360, New York (December 16, 2011, 1:49 PM EST) -- A Virginia federal judge on Thursday barred an Afghan company from breaching a purchase agreement it inked with security services provider Pax Mondial Ltd., which alleges the defendant company is destroying its credibility in the government contracts business.

Granting Pax Mondial's motion for a preliminary injunction, U.S. District Judge Anthony J.
