Amazon Slams Patent Holder's Bid To Ban Kindle Imports

Law360, New York (December 16, 2011, 6:18 PM ET) -- Amazon.com told the U.S. International Trade Commission on Friday that granting Digitude Innovations LLC's request for an order barring the Kindle Fire from entering the U.S. because the device allegedly infringes its patents would cause a major disruption to domestic industry.
