Law360, New York (December 16, 2011, 7:56 PM ET) -- A New Jersey federal judge granted a magistrate's recommendation Friday to move a class action claim against Chrysler Group LLC alleging brake defects to New York bankruptcy court, saying that court could best determine whether Chrysler was responsible for warranties covering the vehicles.
