Law360, New York (December 19, 2011, 4:50 PM ET) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission determined Friday that revoking the existing anti-dumping duty order on stainless steel wire rod from India would injure the domestic industry.
As a result of the ruling in the five-year sunset review, the anti-dumping duties will remain in place, the ITC said. It plans to release a public report explaining the decision in January.
The U.S. Commerce Department determined in November that revoking the duties would lead to a recurrence of dumping by Indian producers.
