CDI Defenses Slashed In Medicare Kickback Suit

Law360, Chicago (December 19, 2011, 4:48 PM ET) -- A federal judge nixed a handful of Center for Diagnostic Imaging Inc.'s defensive arguments Friday from a whistleblower suit in Washington state accusing the company of paying kickbacks to bag Medicare and Medicaid referrals and submitting false claims.
