Law360, New York (December 16, 2011, 10:24 PM ET) -- President Barack Obama on Friday nominated Judge John Thomas Fowlkes Jr. and Gibbons PC director Kevin McNulty to serve on the U.S. District Court.
Judge Fowlkes, a nominee for the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Tennessee, has presided over felony and misdemeanor criminal issues as a judge for the Shelby County Criminal Court since 2007, according to a statement by the White House.
