Gerber Customers Win Class Cert. In Skin Irritant Suit

Law360, New York (December 19, 2011, 2:32 PM EST) -- A California federal judge on Thursday certified a statewide class of consumers who purchased tagless children's apparel from Gerber Childrenswear LLC in a suit accusing the company of not disclosing that its garments contained a large amount of skin irritants.
