'Big C' Creator, Showtime Cured Of Idea Theft Suit

Law360, New York (December 20, 2011, 7:11 PM ET) -- A California federal judge ruled Thursday that the creator and head writer of Showtime Networks Inc. comedy “The Big C” did not steal the idea for the show from another writer.
