Judge Kills Blagojevich's Bad Juror Bid, Scolds Atty

Rod Blagojevich's bid for a hearing on possible juror misconduct that his lawyers alleged would warrant a new trial, reprimanding the attorney who filed it and suggesting she write the juror an apology letter.
