Law360, San Diego (December 20, 2011, 4:49 PM ET) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce issued a preliminary determination that Deacero SA de CV’s 4.75-millimeter wire rod from Mexico constituted a minor alteration and should be covered under the same anti-dumping duty order as 5-millimeter products, according to Tuesday's Federal Register notice.
