Pfizer, Sandoz Agree To End Caduet Patent Fight

Law360, New York (December 20, 2011, 2:35 PM ET) -- A Delaware federal judge on Monday dismissed consolidated patent litigation between Pfizer Inc. and Sandoz Inc. over Pfizer’s blood pressure and cholesterol drug Caduet, after they agreed to drop the dispute.

U.S. District Judge Leonard P. Stark signed off an order dismissing all the claims and counterclaims in the three consolidated Caduet cases. On Friday, Sandoz and Pfizer filed a joint motion asking the court to dismiss the suit.
