Law360, New York (December 20, 2011, 2:38 PM ET) -- Venable LLP announced Monday that Robert Davis, attorney-advisor to Federal Trade Commission Chairman Jon Leibowitz and a longtime FTC antitrust litigator, has joined the firm as of counsel in the regulatory practice.
Davis spent 10 years at the FTC, working on high-profile matters including Google Inc.'s acquisitions of online advertising firms DoubleClick and AdMod and a settlement with Intel Corp. for alleged semiconductor price fixing. He joined the firm on Dec. 5.
