Law360, New York (December 19, 2011, 10:12 PM ET) -- The outcome of Eastman Kodak Co.'s digital camera patent claim against Apple Inc. and Research In Motion Ltd. will be set back about nine months, an administrative law judge at the U.S. International Trade Commission said Friday.
Judge Thomas Pender, who took over the case in October, following Judge Paul Luckern's August retirement, set a new target date for Sept. 21, 2012, allowing time for both sides to conduct additional discovery. The commission had previously been set to issue a final ruling this month.
