FTC Seeks To Boot Out Auto Dealers' Credit Score Suit

Law360, New York (December 20, 2011, 9:23 PM ET) -- The Federal Trade Commission on Monday sought to dismiss a lawsuit filed by an auto dealers group alleging the commission overstepped its authority with new credit disclosure rules, saying its authority comes from Congress and its interpretation of the federal law is correct.
