Novartis, Others Can't Stop Generic Tobramycin Suit

Law360, New York (December 21, 2011, 8:37 PM ET) -- An Illinois federal judge on Tuesday denied an attempt by Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corp. and others to dismiss a suit they brought against Akorn Inc. over a patent for cystic fibrosis medication, finding that Akorn should still get a chance to have the patent declared invalid.
