Motorola Infringed 1 Microsoft Patent: ITC Judge

Law360, San Diego (December 20, 2011, 9:52 PM EST) -- A U.S. International Trade Commission judge on Tuesday issued an initial ruling that Motorola Mobility Inc.’s Android-based mobile devices infringed one Microsoft Corp. smartphone patent, but not six others.
