Law360, New York (December 21, 2011, 7:23 PM ET) -- Nielsen Holdings NV has acquired $19 million of stock in online data research company comScore Inc. and will enter into a cross-licensing agreement with comScore in a deal to settle two patent suits in Virginia federal court, the companies said Wednesday.
