Law360, Los Angeles (December 21, 2011, 7:48 PM ET) -- Private security company The Wackenhut Corp. asked a California state judge on Wednesday to decertify a class of security officers who said the company didn't provide employees meal and rest breaks, citing the Supreme Court's tightening of certification rules in Wal-Mart Stores Inc. v. Dukes.
