Law360, New York (December 21, 2011, 6:41 PM ET) -- A Massachusetts federal judge on Wednesday tossed multidistrict litigation against beverage companies including Coca-Cola Co. and Del Monte Corp. alleging that their fruit juices contain trace amounts of lead, which could lead to health risks, saying the plaintiffs hadn't shown that they were actually harmed.
