Judge Drops Revived UnitedHealth Kickback Suit

Law360, New York (December 22, 2011, 4:58 PM ET) -- A federal judge on Tuesday tossed the revived claims of two former UnitedHealth Group Inc. employees accusing the health care service provider and its subsidiaries of offering kickbacks to a medical clinic to switch patients to their Medicare and Medicaid programs.
