Law360, Los Angeles (December 22, 2011, 5:48 PM EST) -- The Second Circuit on Thursday denied a former Israeli military officer’s bid to block the forfeiture of 20 defense-grade explosives jammers, agreeing with a lower court that he’d signed away his right to the devices after federal prosecutors dismissed his indictment on arms export charges.
