Nixed Conspiracy Charges Free 1 Gabon FCPA Defendant

Law360, Washington (December 22, 2011, 2:10 PM ET) -- The Washington federal judge overseeing the trial of six military equipment industry executives accused of attempting to bribe Gabonese officials threw out the government's conspiracy charge against all six on Thursday, allowing one of them to walk free entirely.
