Assault Suit Against Kobe Bryant Revived By 6th Circ.

Law360, New York (December 23, 2011, 5:09 PM ET) -- The Sixth Circuit revived civil assault and battery claims against L.A. Lakers superstar guard Kobe Bryant on Thursday, overruling a decision to toss out a lawsuit that claimed Bryant delivered an unnecessary forearm blow to a fan's chest after careening out of bounds at a 2005 game.
