Law360, New York (December 23, 2011, 1:48 PM ET) -- An Illinois federal judge on Thursday granted final judgment to a group of sulfuric acid producers in a long-running antitrust class action brought by customers accusing NorFalco LLC and others of engaging in a price-fixing scheme in the U.S. and Canada.
The end of the suit follows a ruling by U.S. District Judge James F. Holderman in November regarding which mode of antitrust analysis would apply in the case, according to the order.
