Intelius Puts Deceptive Enrollment Suit To Bed

Law360, New York (December 23, 2011, 4:02 PM EST) -- A federal judge on Wednesday allowed Intelius Inc. to proceed with a settlement with plaintiffs in a proposed class action accusing the public records company of deceiving consumers by automatically enrolling them in a sex offender report subscription program when they bought other services.
