Law360, New York (January 03, 2012, 12:41 PM ET) -- An Illinois federal judge on Saturday abandoned a plan to hold on Jan. 9 the first bellwether trial in multidistrict litigation accusing Bayer Corp. of hiding health risks posed by birth control pills Yaz and Yasmin, and appointed a mediator instead.
