Law360, New York (January 05, 2012, 1:48 PM ET) -- Day Pitney LLP has lured partner Joseph H. Fagan from Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP to bolster its Washington energy and utility law department, the firm announced Tuesday.
Fagan also was a partner at Heller Ehrman LLP before his time at Pillsbury and has “done a little bit of everything” in the energy law field, he told Law360 Tuesday. He has spent many years navigating Federal Energy Regulatory Commission statutes and specializes in natural gas and electric infrastructure projects.
