Fed. Circ. Backs $5M Cordis Award In Stent Patent Suit

Law360, New York (January 3, 2012, 3:32 PM EST) -- The Federal Circuit on Tuesday upheld a lower court’s decision ordering medical device maker MarcTec LLC to pay $4.7 million in legal fees to Cordis Corp., ruling that the district court correctly determined that the suit over stent patents was brought in bad faith.
