Law360, New York (January 03, 2012, 5:15 PM ET) -- Huntsman International LLC on Friday settled three suits brought by direct purchasers as part of a long-running multidistrict litigation in Kansas accusing urethane foam makers of conspiring to fix prices.
U.S. District Judge John W. Lungstrum signed off on an order dismissing the claims against Huntsman with prejudice. Claims against Huntsman's co-defendants BASF Corp. and Dow Chemical Corp. are still active, according to court documents.
Terms of Friday's settlements were not disclosed. Counsel for the plaintiffs declined to comment.
