EBay Unfairly Hid Auction Bids: Sellers

Law360, New York (January 03, 2012, 4:25 PM ET) -- A putative class of consumers sued eBay Inc. on Friday in California federal court for allegedly breaching its user agreement by misrepresenting bid prices to sellers while purporting to be a neutral middleman.
