Law360, New York (January 03, 2012, 7:59 PM ET) -- Forty-nine Mexican investors in R. Allen Stanford's alleged Ponzi scheme on Friday hit Proskauer Rose LLP and Chadbourne & Parke LLP with a suit in Texas state court accusing the law firms of participating in and covering up the scheme.
Thomas V. Sjoblom, a former U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission attorney who worked for Chadbourne Park and is currently at Proskauer Rose, is also named as a defendant in the complaint, along with CAS Hewlett & Co. Ltd.
