Cleveland Sues Ohio To Defend Trans Fat Ban

Law360, New York (January 3, 2012, 7:33 PM EST) -- Cleveland argued in a suit launched Tuesday that the Ohio legislature encroached on its authority by blocking the city's plan to ban trans fats in foods dished out by local restaurants and food shops starting in 2013.
