Conflict Of Interest Tainted DOD Bidding: Suit

Law360, New York (January 03, 2012, 7:10 PM ET) -- CACI Technologies Inc. launched a bid protest against the U.S. Department of Defense on Thursday, claiming the U.S. Army Reserve Command improperly abandoned the bidding process over command training services previously performed by CACI and gave the work to a Raytheon Co. unit on a noncompetitive basis.
