9th Circ. Favors Nevada In BofA Appeals Rulings

Law360, New York (January 03, 2012, 8:26 PM ET) -- A Ninth Circuit panel issued rulings Tuesday on petitions for appeal in parallel cases filed against Bank of America Corp. by the attorneys general of Arizona and Nevada over alleged deceptive mortgage practices, allowing an appeal by Nevada and denying one by Bank of America.
