Novak Druce Nabs Seasoned USPTO Insider

Law360, New York (January 06, 2012, 1:25 PM ET) -- Intellectual property boutique Novak Druce & Quigg LLP has landed a former U.S. Patent and Trademark Office judge to bolster its Washington office, the firm announced Wednesday.

Michael W. O'Neill, who most recently served as an administrative patent judge with the USPTO's Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences, will join Novak Druce as a partner in the firm's post-grant law and patent re-examination practice group.
