Commerce Delays Ruling On Chinese Solar Subsidies

Law360, New York (January 04, 2012, 3:18 PM ET) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce has delayed its deadline for reaching an initial decision on whether China's solar energy sector has received illegal subsidies until mid-February, representatives for the parties involved said Wednesday.
